We are looking for volunteers to partcipate in a research project on the role of exercise in the recovery of stroke patients. By participating in the study you will receive 10 weeks of supervised training free of charge! With so much on the go, how does Gareth still find the time to fly our flag? ‘Because it matters’, he says. ‘Looking after your heart should be a priority- after all, you only have one.’

Gareth has been involved in many of our campaigns, including I Love This, our annual fundraising and awareness drive.

Gareth continues to support our life changing work in any way he can. As a local idol himself, he has plenty of fans who follow his lead and this has helped us spread the word on heart health no end. Thank you, Gareth! We love you!
