Hearty and Melomed join forces and spread some love in Cape Town – April 2010
The Heart and Stroke Foundation SA and 120 volunteers managed a water station at the Two Oceans Marathon on the 3rd April. Thank you to our awesome team of volunteers who kept the energy at an all time high…

Since the start of 2010, our passionate Health Promotion Officers have been delivering toys, donated from the Motorbike Club SA Annual Toy Run, to all the deserving crèches listed on our Children's Programme.
